When will eTown launch?
We're currently in the pilot phase with Brașov Metropolitan Area. We'll notify waitlist members as soon as we have a launch date for our pilot and subsequent expansions.
What metropolitan areas will be covered?
We plan to cover 8 major Romanian metropolitan areas: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași, Constanța, Brașov (pilot), Oradea, and Sibiu. Expansion will be phased based on data availability and demand.
What's included in the MZR report?
Each MetROpolitan Zoning Report includes zoning classifications, permitted uses, development standards, risk assessment, opportunity analysis, and regulatory compliance information for your selected parcel.
Is there a cost to join the waitlist?
No, joining the waitlist is completely free. Waitlist members will receive early access and exclusive launch benefits when the platform goes live.
